Next Taizé European Meeting will take place in Tallinn!¶

The Taizé brotherhood decided to hold the next European Meeting in Tallinn. This means that several thousand young people will come to Tallinn from 28.12.2024 to 01.01.2025.

The spirituality and prayer style of Taizé are

“ecumenical” (not restricted to a given denomination)
“beginner-friendly” (also suitable for people who are not used to liturgy)
“open-minded” (honors non-Christian cultures)

This event brings here thousands of young people from outside Estonia who are full of hope and good will. This is a great gift to the entire Estonian people, including those who do not consider themselves Christians.

It is enough that we accept this gift.

To accept this gift, you have to communicate with the organizers. Right now are three Taizé brothers in Estonia to start preparations for the 2024/25 gathering. They want to meet a lot of people during two weeks. You too can meet them at common prayers that take place all over Estonia:
